SHIPPING POLICY
All in stock items are shipped the same day or the next day. All out of stock items will be shipped upon arrival.
Some orders may be partially shipped (partial shipment). When an order is partially shipped you will be charged for the full order price. When we receive the item that you ordered that was not in stock we send it to you at no charge for shipping.
TRACKING
It is the customer's responsibility to track packages. Guaranteed shipping times are guaranteed by shipping companies, not by Extreme Wholesalers.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing your order.
You cannot cancel your order if it has already been sent.
Returns and Refunds
Currently we do not accept returns or refunds!!! Any problems or issues must be dealt with the Manufacturer until further notice!!
Warranties
Warranties for products vary product by product. All warranties are provided by and serviced by the manufacturer of the corresponding product. Neither the manufacturer nor Extreme Wholesaler’s will be responsible for freight of items requiring warranty service. Paintballs damaged in transit by either weather conditions or rough handling is the customer’s responsibility! Be sure to inspect the package when the product is delivered. Any Defect Issues (including out of the box problems) must be dealt with the Manufacturer Directly as they hold and provide service of the Warranty Coverage on all Paintball items. No refunds or exchange!
